Kenmar Farm 25 Mile LD

This is a 25 mile Limited Distance Ride and the maximum time allowed (including a mid way hold of not less than 30 minutes) is a total of six hours. Riders must pace themselves accordingly. The ride route will mainly be on gravel logging roads, but will include sections of woods trails that may require riders and mounts to slow down while navigating mud and other obstacles. All riders must be onsite and be ready to start pre-ride inspections by 9:30 am. Overnight camping is available with water provided for horses. There is no electrical or water hookups available at the ride site. Generators can be used but drinking water for human consumption must be provided by individuals attending the ride. All other supplies for horses and humans must be provided by participants. A porta-potty will be onsite as of Friday afternoon. The ride is open to all participants but you must be a member of a provincial equine sport organization for insurance purposes and all riders must wear a helmet. All riders should be familiar with ACTRA Rules for Limited Distance Rides as noted in our Rule Book which can be found on this website.
